HR professional as internal coach 2017-05-26T09:25:35+00:00

you

a HR professional as internal coach

In this role we build coaching capacity as we gain experience in our role. And then, we might get the chance to do some formal coaching skills development. That could mean anything from a day to a diploma. You may, or may not be fortunate to have access to a great coaching role model so that you continuously develop your coaching capacity.

Yet, you know there is more and would like to learn through using your everyday situations as the material to work with.

Pragmatic. Real time development.

You’ve started by learning a range of coaching models. You get great feedback and great feelgoods from many of the coaching sessions you hold.

Until we reach a plateau.

And then?

We’ve reached that place of not knowing what we don’t know. Yet feel there is more out there just waiting for you to tap into it.

there for me

Coaching SuperVision provides that space. Internal coaches learn techniques practiced by other professionals. We don’t have the luxury of just focussing on our coaching skills and practice and just that alone. Coaching is one important aspect of many aspects of performing an HR role. If you want to continuously develop your coaching capability at a pace that easily fits in with all your other commitments.

This could be for you.

The areas we can focus on include – more robust contracting, ethics, other kinds of questions, creative tools and different ways of being to meet the challenges you are facing up to day to day.
